The insurance market of China is already opened up to the outside world and the insurance enterprises will face more fierce competition.We should enhance the management and operation ability of Chinese Insurance enterprises and strengthen the overall strength of Chinese insurance market to be able to win in the competition.The marketing ability of insurance company is important aspect of its management and operation ability.Upgrading the marketing ability is needed for the development of insurance enterprise and dealing with the competition.But, because the time of insurance market linearization is short in China,it is very difficult to properly use each kind of marketing strategy in such a short time.There are many problems in the implementation process of insurance marketing.This article takes the VIP customer marketing as the visual angle to study the insurance marketing in China and attempts to discuss to increase the marketing ability of insurance industry through the VIP customer marketing.In this dissertation,it first introduces the background of insurance marketing research,and then summarizes the viewpoints to the present situation for insurance marketing in China of the existing literatures based on doing the literature review about insurance marketing and the VIP customer marketing.It proposes new ideas to part of the viewpoints,and considers that the marketing concept of Chinese insurance is in the transition-period which many kinds of concepts exist at the same time.It next tries to find the theoretical support for VIP customer marketing of insurance and explains the importance of carrying out the VIP customer marketing by introducing the theories about VIP customer marketing,and analyzing the effects of the VIP customer marketing to the customer, the insurance enterprise, the insurance market and Supervisory department.At last, this dissertation advances that we should enhance the ability of VIP customer marketing for insurance industry from the aspects of raising the level of using the customer relationship management system,Differentiation of insurance products,improving the quality of service,publicizing the VIP service and Implementation of co-marketing...
