With the integration of global economy, regional economic integrationcontinues to strengthen, our country market economy system structure isbecoming more and more perfect. Electric power industry as an important part ofour national economy is always in a competitive monopoly, industry competitionis particularly fierce. At present, from the main competition, the electric powerindustry has formed a situation of tripartite confrontation pattern of Corporationwith multi-national,the domestic large power enterprises and small andmedium-sized power equipment enterprises.How to develop with powerful large enterprises, Sirius company to seek aspace in the Russian power market, has become the urgent problem facing Siriuscompany. According to the objective actual situation of the company, Siriuscompanies should play a unique advantage, as well as reading the development ofmaking the right market development strategic is the priority among priorities tosolve the problem.In this regard, this paper summarizes the existing experience, based on theactual situation of Sirius Power Equipment Company,this paper research a seriesof the Russian market development strategy and the implementation. Firstly,based on the basic situation, the main business and organization structure of thecompany, it analysizes the company’s external market environment in Russianfrom the four aspects of political, economic, social and technical by using themethod of PEST, at the same time, states the company’s internal environmentfrom the three aspects of the enterprise capability, enterprise culture andenterprise resources, then analysizes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats that the company export to the Russia power equipment by usingSWOT analysis method;Sencondly,this paper makes the development strategy ofthe company, based on seting in the clear company mission and building overallgoals and business objectives goals of the company,it develops the overalldevelopment strategy and function strategy, overall development strategyincludes a diversified development strategy and differentiated marketing strategy,functional strategy is mainly about the human resources strategy and financial strategy; Finally, this paper implements the development strategy with thepinciple of people-oriented, moderate rationality, unified leadership, contingencyand localization, it is ready for the development strategy from the four aspactssuch as the suitable organization, the integration of resources, the makeing ofpolicies and procedures and the better measures, comes up with theimplementation steps for long-term, metaphase and prophase, and puts forwardto the protection measures of development strategy, such as strengthening theconstruction of professional staff, strengthening the project management andwriting, playing a leading roleof investment and financing, strengthening thecompany’s management, carrying forward the core idea as "deeply cloud, biggerday", building the perfect construction of joint coalition, enhancing theawareness to protect market, carrying out international market risk andestablishing the incentive mechanism.
