Research On Knowledge Management Of The Technical Innovation Project At QDHJ Research Institute

In this knowledge-based economic society, the continuous improvement ofknowledge and technology is crucial to the success of organisations.. The mostimportant objective of QDHJ is to promote product innovation and improvement andtherefore efficiency. By analyzing the current state of knowledge management of thetechnology innovation project, this paper summarized the current problems in theimplementation of knowledge management. And then, specific solutions are proposed.The main contents of this paper includes:Summarized domestic and foreign status of knowledge management, and analyzedthe importance and necessity of QDHJ knowledge management promotion. Carried outan in-depth analysis of the existing situation and the implementation aspects related totechnological innovation projects of QDHJ. Overall solutions and implement strategieswere proposed according to the existing knowledge management process in QDHJ. Theimplementation of the process was discussed. And the overall plans, objectives andimplementation were proposed regarding QDHJ programs.By analyzing the implicit tandexplicit knowledge management respectively, theimplementation processes of knowledge management were achieved. And theimplementations are proposed according to the specific characteristics and technicalpersonnel of the QDHJ technology innovation project. The actual situation of QDHJknowledge management was analyzed from the perspective of system construction andrestraint mechanisms of the technology innovation project. Therefore, the followingrecommendations are made: building learning-oriented technology innovationorganization, building technology innovation projects and knowledge managementsystems, building management systems and organizational system of IP technologyinnovation. Considering the QDHJ confidentiality regulations and requirements, thesolutions to improve the implementation of knowledge management have beenproposed. Knowledge management systems can be leveraged upon to provide guidancefor knowledge management at QDHJ.
