The Improvement Research For Total Cost Management System Of DFH Satellite Company

The cost management is one of the core aspects of project management.During the process of project execution, total controlling and managing projectcost is needed for achieving the goal of optimum benefit. Especially foraerospace project development, due to its complex technique, numerousuncertain factors, rich project types and the special requirement for costmanagement in research and design process, cost management is quite difficultand risky. So the cost management and control is a very important thing foraerospace project development management.In2009, DFH Satellite Company completely started a series of systemconstruction for cost management and reached some achievements. This workenhance the utilization efficiency of the research fund and promote the keycompetition ability. Unfortunately in the past several years, this system alsoexhibited some problems in its operation. For example, some patterns are not suitfor the case of mass production and so on. These problems restrict thedevelopment of DFH company and make the cost management lag behind theschedule management and quality management. In this paper, the current systemis surveyed and corresponding problems is founded and analyzed. Solvingmethod is also given for completing the cost management system. It not onlyaccords with the thought of DFH management but also complements othermanagement patterns well, promotes the key competition of DFH company. Theauthor hopes this paper can play a useful reference role for other aerospacecompanies’ cost management innovation.
