Study And Application Of TCM Strategy In Coal Mines

Total cost management (TCM ab.) is a new cost management means, it is a mode of synthetical cost management that very people attend for the whole process, the whole azimuth, and the whole tache. It pays attention to the whole and long-term target, to improve cost condition of grass roots , synthesize and coordinate enterprise' s competition strategy , technology decision, manpower resource plan, activity management, service management and so on.. So, in fact TCM is a effective way to reduce cost continuously in a long run.In this dissertation the author bring conception and methods of TCM to coal mines. Here, on the basis of lucubrating theory of cost management, cost management of coal products-one field of industry engineering of mining is researched, taking present condition of cost management and production process of coal mines into account, with theories and methods of cost management and management science, knowledge of mathematic statistics, control theory, information theory, behavior science and etc., and applying thought and methods of system. This dissertation gives out concrete contents and some methods of TCM and build up support system of cost management for coal mines with Visual Basic6.0 and under the support of Windows XP in computer technology. In the end of the dissertation, the production is applied to one idiographic coal mine-Beixulou coal mine and has been proved to be feasible.
