With the spread of the debt crisis and the North American long-term economicrecession, China’s export is facing more and more challenges. While the slowdown inthe world economy, there are some big recession on the international real estate industry,.As an export-oriented enterprises. In order to achieve the future development andexpansion of international competitive environment, Weir floor must have a clearbusiness strategy. Therefore, Weir Floor should take a strategic plan aimed atOverseas Projecting Brand marketing to achieve brand breakthrough from a long termbusiness development.The author has entered the building decoration materials industry since2004. After1year study in Tianjin MBA, combined with the actual working experience in WeirFloor. The author start the research of Weir floor future strategy. We found that WeirFloor has a large number of customers, also the certain superiority in emerging market,already set up a certain brand in the field of overseas Project market. Those stableProject customer resources, will lay a certain foundation for the brand of Weir Floorin the international market in the future.To achieve a tremendous achievement on the Overseas Projecting Brand Marketing, Ipersonally believe that approach is as follows: First, we need to consider is the overalldevelopment strategy of the company. Followed by Weir floor internal operationalmanagement capabilities, the last is innovative marketing strategies of Weir floor.Considering the whole capability and competitiveness of Weir Floor. The first stepwould be the strategic goal of internationalization, namely the field of OverseasProjecting Brand marketing international brands.This article includes a total of five chapters. This preface introduces the backgroundinformation of the Article. The first chapter introduces Weir floor environment andthe industry in which the new changes in the World Trade situation and the flooringindustry. The second chapter briefly describes the marketing mix and other relevanttheories. The third chapter describes the development process of China’s flooringindustry and the potential problem of the Weir Floor, based on the analysis of the Willfocus on the floor in the engineering aspects of the marketing mix, and operationsmanagement problems. The fourth chapter details the company’s development processWeir floor and the floor line in the current marketing environment and developingmarketing under the effective integration of the marketing mix and Project Marketingway. Fifth chapter analyzes the Will flooring brand marketing complex to achieve aninternational brand of Weir Floor.
