The Research On The Financail Control Of Faw Group Corporation

Since the reform and opening-up of our country, there is a growing tendency for Chinese enterprises to becoming enterprise group. There are more and more enterprise group been set up. Financial control of enterprise group is one of the important means for multi-level corporate person to apply internal control, it is also the requirement of capital preservation and increase , and the requirement of achieving the total goal of enterprise group and optimizing the allocation of resources of it. FAW Group Corporation that has 30 wholly—owned subsidiaries and 18 holding subsidiaries .It is one of biggest enterprise group of automotive industry. With the consist development of FAW Group Corporation, how to apply the financial control has been becoming the most important and difficult problem nowadays.On the base of the theories of economic and financial management, from the difficult points in the work and the problems of rising fund decision-making control, budget control, fund control, cost control, income distribution control , investment decision-making control and financial performance, all of those belong to financial control of FAW Group Corporation , this dissertation analyses the answer of the problems and finally provides the relative solution. Moreover, the dissertation has been exploring the reference in the financial control of Toyota Corporation of Japan to FAW Group Corporation, that maybe provide useful reference for FAW Group Corporation to raise its level of financial control.
