Research On Evaluation System Of Green Informatization In Manufacturing Enterprise

As the foundation and core of informatization, Enterprise informatization is notonly the major force in the creation of economic wealth, but also the main power topromote the process of informatization in China. With the increasingly fiercecompetition between enterprises, the construction of enterprise informatizationobtains the universal implementation. IT is an important mean to accelerate themechanism transformation and form the core competitiveness in an enterprise. Thus,informatization is the internal needs of enterprise development and it also requirescompanies to complete and innovate in management model and operation mechanism.The biggest problem in the construction of enterprise informatization is not thetechnique or capital, but lacking of effective and scientific IT management ideal.Evaluating the present situation and effect of informatization constructionscientifically is an important method to manage it effectively. Since1970s, amountsof money has been invested every year, as a result, infrastructure construction hasdeveloped rapidly. At the same time, the huge investment and big risk makescompany focus on the development level of informatization and its benefit. However,these have not reached a consensus in the industry, so a reasonable evaluation indexsystem of informatization is needed to help the company to recognize the presentsituation and it also has very important significance to the scientific decision-making.An important reason of informatization is to promote green manufacturing andsustainable development. Under the situation that the problem of global environmentand resources becomes increasingly prominent, manufacturing companies should takemore responsibility, applying the green concept and sustainable development ideal toIT application and implementation of informatization actively.First, the present situation of evaluation index system and comprehensiveevaluation methods is analyzed systematically and manufacturing green concept andcontent is dissected, too. The necessity and rationality of the evaluation is alsoanalyzed. Then, under the direction of green concept and sustainable developmentideal, the index system of manufacturing green informatization is designed based onthe principle of building index system and some existing index systems. After then itanalyzes the rationality of the index selection and the effectiveness of the indexsystem through validity coefficient. Last, in order to take advantage of differentcomprehensive evaluation methods, existing methods are analyzed and Rough Set ischosen to determine the index weight and the application of the evaluation system isdiscussed combined with Extension Evaluation. It provides reference for constructionand development of manufacturing enterprise informatization.
