From the Sanlu milk powder incident of food safety and quality to the car frequentlyrecalled consumer quality problems, excessive heavy metals from domestic cigarettes tothe quality of flat-panel TVs door, from the production of waste, wastewater dischargedto the personal information wanton trading, disclosure, and so this series of events relatedto the livelihood of the people, without exception, to draw attention to corporate socialresponsibility attention, requiring enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities voicerising, the company’s sense of social responsibility also will be increasing, and how toeffectively fulfill their social responsibility has become challenges facing the enterprise.In this paper, based on relevant research results at home and abroad, in accordancewith theoretical explanations, and examples of proof countermeasures ideas around thetopic, from the five aspects of internal control and the relationship between corporatesocial responsibility research and analysis carried out: one analysis express definition ofcorporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility definition of internal controland corporate social responsibility objectives of internal control, the role and significance;Second elaborate CSR internal control content, combined with the current corporate socialresponsibility risks put forward their own view; three are based on five factors of internalcontrol, the establishment of corporate social responsibility system of internal control;four is to analyze corporate social responsibility faced internal control environment; Fifth,through examples of proof, in-depth analysis of corporate social responsibility of theenterprise internal control sustainable development of the important impact.Through in-depth analysis of this paper, on the basis of the existing summed up witha certain theoretical value and practical significance of view, the purpose of corporatesocial responsibility both to establish internal control theory framework to promote morein-depth follow-up study of the theory, but also in order to enhance corporate socialresponsibility awareness of the importance of internal control, and thus more effectivelyto guide companies take the initiative, actively seek to fulfill their social responsibilities.
