| With the development of innovative companies in our country, there are more andmore companies trying to make technical renovations. Viewing on FMEA beforehandprevention idea, some companies try to apply FMEA into technological renovationprojects to ensure that the projects can be completed efficiently.Based on FMEA application analysis in the enterprise technical renovation project,the evaluation model of FMEA application is constructed, which is not only essential toimprove effect of FMEA application, but also is beneficial to improve the efficiency oftechnological renovation projects to promote the realization of enterprise strategic goals.Firstly, in view of the research status in technical renovation projects and FMEAtheory, the paper research background and significance are analyzed. The theory oftechnical renovation projects, the definition of FMEA and methods of project evaluationare studied, which can lay the theory foundation for the FMEA application research inenterprise technical renovation projects.Secondly, the condition of FMEA application in enterprise technical renovationprojects is analyzed. The applicability and application mechanism of FMEA in theenterprise technological renovation projects are analyzed.In addition, six major evaluation indexes are selected and the evaluation indexsystem is established according to the selection principle of evaluation index. The methodof determining the weight is introduced, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation isanalyzed, and proper analysis method for evaluation is selected.Finally, the furnace technological renovation project in the Beijing Bawei companyis selected for empirical analysis. Index weights are calculated based on the judgmentmatrix investigation. The first fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the secondary onesare completed, the evaluation result is analyzed and some suggestions are proposed. |
