With the demographic dividend gradually disappearance, urbanization and thedevelopment in middle-east area,"labor shortage of migrant workers" problem in theeastern first-tier cities in recent years is becoming more and more serious, therefore,the management of migrant workers has become the focus social concern andacademic research.Foreign scholars have used different models to study the employee turnover. Onthe base of it, domestic scholars have analyzed and discussed the problem of migrantworkers. However, there is no research for the whole process management of thedispatched migrant workers’ abnormal turnover in the foreign company. According tothe influencing factors which controlled by company, by the idea of four elementsmodel and the whole process management, this thesis is made the whole processmanagement solutions research of the dispatched migrant workers’ abnormal turnoverin N company.The dispatched migrant workers in N company are taken as the research object,focused on the abnormal turnover. Four elements model is used to analyse and findout the causes. With the whole process management, through the methods of literature,case-study, questionnaire, interview, statistical analysis and comparative analysis, forthe current situation, to analyse the actual examples, survey the statistics, and find outthe each link’s internal and mutual problems in the whole process management.Combined with the actual situation of N company, find the effective solutions and riskprevention mechanism.Through this research, from N company’s point of view, to find out themanagement rules, predict and prevent the risk and stabilize the migrant workers, inorder to reduce the dispatched migrant workers’ abnormal turnover and the labor cost,stable product quality, ensure the effective production, promote the company’ssustainable development. For the dispatched migrant workers in N company, to letthem work more and get more, improve personal skills and knowledge, careerdevelopment; enable individuals and N company to achieve win-win. And also hopeto have the reference value to the correlation companies, help to promote the study of migrant workers’ abnormal turnover management, the labor dispatching research onthis special group of migrant workers, and discuss the front-line employeemanagement in foreign company of labor-intensive manufacturing.
