| Foreign direct investment has become the basic way that the world is contacted witheach other, relied on each other, and has become an important part about opening macroeconomic market and self balanced development. Since1978reform and openness, alongwith the socialist market economy system gradually being established and being improved,a large mount of foreign investment has flew into the domestic and our country has owneda quick developing and great improving economy. Under an all-around-way developingenvironment of economic globalization and regional economic integration and because oflate starting, low starting point and extensive management, the foreign direct investmentdevelopment of service industry in Hebei province has been restricted in a certain extent.This paper makes a research in detail from several aspects such as industrial structure,foreign direct investment situation and service foreign investment conditions. This paperuses principal component analysis and time series analysis method to establish the relevantresearch on the impacting factors of service industry attracting FDI in Hebei province.Through the research, we find that the decisive influencing factors of service industryattracting FDI in Heber province are the size of market, human resource and serviceindustry prosperity degree. According to the results of empirical research, we provide somerelevant policy recommendations on service industry attracting FDI at the same time. |
