Research On Efficiency Improvement Of Circulation Service Industry In Beijing

China's economic development presents a new normal economic growth that is becoming more stable,more diversified growth momentum.With the implementation of the "13th Five-Year" plan,circulation service industry become more and more important in economic growth highlights.In May 2014,the Chamber of Commerce jointly formulated the advice for establishment of Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development of circulation industry service mechanism to promote the circulation industry development at the same time.The Beijing municipal government is also actively implement the circulation integration strategy.It is an important role that the visible circulation service industry for economic development.At present,with the rapid development of Beijing's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the development of circulation service industry is obviously lagging behind.The efficiency of the lag is mainly reflected in two aspects,reflecting the efficiency in structural imbalance on the one hand,the level of wholesale and retail,accommodation and catering industry with high efficiency,and the efficiency of transportation and warehousing logistics is still relatively low,the imbalance will inevitably lead to the stagnation of the circulation of the development of the two;the other is the wholesale and retail industry circulation service industry already facing development bottleneck and even recession,how to achieve their transformation so as to further promote the efficiency,promote the economic development of Beijing city is a serious problem.If you do not want to change the constraints for the circulation service industry in Beijing city's economy,must pay attention to improve the efficiency of the circulation service industry problems.The improvement of the new urbanization level in Beijing provides a new opportunity for the development of the circulation service industry.In this paper,the efficiency of the present evaluation of Beijing circulation service industry through factor analysis,combined with the previous research results are found: the efficiency of Beijing city circulation service industry into the development bottleneck and structural saturation problem.Followed by the analysis of the efficiency of the circulation service industry bottlenecks in the existence of the four main issues: input and output levels of imbalance;scale,the degree of organization is not strong;supporting facilities are not complete;logistics development lags behind.This paper analyzes the main causes of the four main problems: Labor and capital input,scale,infrastructure investment,logistics facilities and technology.Through the analysis of the construction of these factors indeed hinder Beijing city circulation service industry to further enhance the efficiency of time series,finally starting from Beijing city new urbanization efficiency of circulation service industry promoting function,improve the efficiency in the circulation service industry is the main path: the transformation of circulation mode of development,improve the input-output ratio;improve the commodity circulation network,enhance the level of scale;to increase infrastructure investment,accelerate the circulation of information;to strengthen the construction of intelligent logistics,promote the modernization of logistics.
