The Research Of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Economic Integration-from The Perspective Of Capital Mobility

With the development of economic globalization, economic integration has become atrend. The development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic integration starts late,and has not really formed organic connection. The level and process of development haslagged behind. Besides, capital is the foundation and prerequisite of economic growth,andeffect of capital mobility on the economic integration is very significant.So the thesisresearches the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic integration from the perspective ofcapital mobility.First of all, the thesis researches the impact model from the capital mobility toaggregation，then to economic integration.And make a systematic research on the theoryabout the specific path of capitalmobility affect the regional economic integrationSecondly, analysising and measuring of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional situationfrom the two aspects. On the one hand, analyzing the status and characteristics from fixedasset investment, the government budget, financial institutions loan balance and foreigndirect investment these four aspects; and then using theF Hmethod detects capitalmobility, the results show that the Hebei is the strongest, followed by Beijing, Tianjin. Onthe other hand, according to the Beijing、 Tianjin and Hebei regional cooperationperformance, and concluding that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development is thesecond stage,namely the stage of the elements of integration; Making use of the regionaldivision of labor index measure integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and resultsshow that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region industry engineering degree are improved, andindustrial isomorphism problem gradually ease and improve, but the degree of industrialisomorphism between Tianjin and Hebei is increased.Then, the empirical analysis about capital mobility and economic integration ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei, is mainly dividing into two parts. The first part is analyzing thecapital mobility impacts on economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei takingadvantage of panel data model. The second part is the emergence of gathering economicand capital space by the Gink coefficient and Herfindahl index. The results show that, theeconomic development is balanced,and the degree of aggregation of fixed asset investmentand budget funds continue to decrease,and the bank funds remain the same level, but aggregation of foreign capital is increased.Finally, according to the results of analysis,this thesis points out the existing problemsin the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, and puts forward thecorresponding policy recommendations to promote regional economic integration of thebeijing-tianjin-hebei region.
