Research On Commercial Real Estate Project Development And Management Of DT Corporation

The real estate market changes a lot. Many factors could be reasons of the pricefluctuation in real estate industry, policy and expectation from people with differentperspectives. As a major market participant, a developer should be able to achievesufficient management during the project exploitation, in order to make it proceedsmoothly. For a successful project, the developer will earn not only expected profit,good reputations, but also trusts and expectations from the client, therefore, the key toa successful project is the management.The success of a developer should not be judged only by its development in goodenvironment, the ability toresist uncertainty of policy, revolution of the industry aswell as its own crisis is a more important indicator. The developer can leave itselfflexibility and space to deal with mistakes only when there is a complete and powerfulmanagement panel.This dissertation takes the project of LSH Building from DT Corporation asexample. Firstly, the environment of the project exploitation will be introduced,followed by a brief description of the project management in every stage. The focus ofthe dissertation is to discuss the management among each participant from inside theconstructor in the construction stage. Some suggestion to the problems coming upduring the exploitation were also made aiming to strengthen the foundation for theother projects. In the meantime, we also hope the dissertation could function as areference to other developers.
