Study On Developing Strategy Of ZCJN Company

With the development of social economy and constant increase of population,China is having greater demand on energy resources. While the energy supply is beingcontinuously increased, its utilization rate is not improved accordingly. Take cementindustry as example, during the process of cement production, it will produce a greatamount of waste heat, which is not fully utilized but exhausted to the atmosphere,resulting in air pollution as well as energy waste.In order to improve energy utilization, protect atmospheric environment andreduce waste emissions, the world is actively developing electricity generationprogram of cement waste heat, and China is also providing strong support to heatelectricity generation industry. On this background, how can ZCJN, the leadingcompany in heat and pressure electricity generation industry, develops through fierceinternational and domestic competition and further proceeds from the point ofstrategic development is an issue worthy of digging into.This thesis carries on a preliminary study on the development strategy of ZCJNwith basic theory of enterprise strategic management. Adopting the analysis methodof strategic management, proceeding from features of cement heat electricitygeneration industry, and combining domestic and international developing trends, itexplores the formulation mechanism and implementation methods of companydeveloping strategy.The thesis has a detailed illustration of macro-environment, industrialenvironment and internal environment of ZCJN, analyzing opportunities andchallenges that ZCJN is faced with, advantages and shortcomings that ZCJN ownswith qualitative and quantitative methods, identifying its core competence andsummarizing its strategic elements. It shall adopt techniques such as SWOT matrixanalysis, formulate the strategic program that suits ZCJN and raise specific measuresto ensure its implementation.Through the study on the developing strategy of ZCJN, the thesis shall strive to provide assistance for the strategic development research of our heat electricitygeneration industry under circumstances of current rising voice for energy-saving andcost-reducing.
