With the development of market economy in the21st century and the change ofcompetitive environment, in order to maintain an appropriate growth in the fiercemarket and seek survival and development, many enterprises gradually puts forwardhigher requirements on business performance. Internal audit as an important means ofcorporate governance, in order to adapt to the internal audit function transformation,need to set up a complete and scientific management mechanism. The author throughreading performance excellence management related books, documents, come intointroducing performance excellence management in the internal audit. Excellentperformance management is a new management method, which is generally used tomodern enterprise.Organizations and individuals can get sustainable developmentthrough the integrated performance management; By improving the organization’soverall performance and ability at the same time, create value for customers and otherstakeholders, and make the enterprises reach the ultimate success.The paper analyses B group preliminary application of performance excellencemanagement audit from two aspects of theory and practice, combining the theory ofmanagement audit, performance excellence management, sums up the applicationframework of performance excellence management audit. At the same time elaboratethe application framework and sum up the successful experience of implementingperformance excellence management audit. On the basis of predecessors’ theoryresearch,we put forward the new mode of management audit. Through the new mode,better play to the value of internal audit, put forword the value-added Suggestions,and provide the reference to the other organizations.The basic idea of this paper: Theoretically, the first part introduces the researchbackground and significance, domestic and abroad literature, including managementaudit, performance excellence management, performance excellence managementaudit. The second part outlines the theoretical basis of the performance excellencemanagement audit and its ideas related theories overview. The third part, Describe theperformance excellence management audit application framework. The fourth part,performance excellence management audit application case analysis-take B group asan example for analysis, from B group in the introduction of performance excellencemanagement audit under the guidance of theoretical framework, and then elaborateson its implementation effect. At the same time analyses the several key of introducingperformance excellence management audit, as well as from the organizational level to the department level the safeguard measures on the construction of performanceexcellence management audit. In the end, we put forward the conclusion and thepurpose of this paper, at the same time points out the shortcomings of the article in thewriting process, prospects the further performance excellence management auditdevelopment.
