The advancement of urbanization, constantly building of new countryside, demolition of old buildings, renovation and expansion of the growing number of new buildings in China, and extensive building demolition generate a lot of construction waste, and many materials continue use value lost opportunities for re-use, and only a handful of old building materials can be recycled, resulting in a waste of resources and environmental pollution.In recent years, builders have come to realize the drawbacks of the traditional removal methods, and hope to use one kind of meticulous demolition way to change the fate of construction waste which was shipped to landfill, and make demolition waste continue to use. This paper introduces the concept of management of waste materials in China and abroad, based on practice cases and analyzes the old building demolition ways and finds out that there exist a positive correlation between dismantling and waste materials recycle. Then selects four kinds of recycling model and through analysis of fifteen factors that affect building demolition waste recycling and establish the decision model focused on grey correlation degree and entropy weight method. The entropy weight method is used to empowerment and avoids the weight error caused by subjective evaluation index and through lateral factor correlation analysis fifteen factors are determined and the influence degree order are also determined, and through the longitudinal factor correlation analysis, the advantages and disadvantages between different decision schemes is obtained. Finally summarize the above research results and put forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for construction waste recycling from the perspective of government and enterprise respectively. The paper put forwards some new viewpoints and theories on old building demolition and construction waste recycling, and a series of practicability and applicability policies and suggestions, and provides a reference and has important practical significance for government to promote the transition of the construction waste recycling model, and to realize the comprehensive benefits of construction waste recycling.
