Compared with the traditional architecture, steel structure has many advantages.It isknown as the main representative of the green building.It is the development trend of thefuture architecture. With the development of national economy and the progress of scienceand technology, the application of steel structure in our country are also growing, themarket become more competitive, products are increasingly diversified.This put forwardhigher requirements for steel structure manufacturing enterprises. However, due to thecomplexity of steel structure production technology, production of large and interconnectedeach other constraints, it is difficult to seek the optimal solution of the production planningand scheduling scheme.It often appear the problem such as order delivery time delay.Reasonable production plan and efficiency of production scheduling have become theprimary problem of steel structure enterprise to be solved.Based on the design of enterprise resource planning management system for a steelstructure company, combined with the characteristics of steel structure productionworkshop and the Internet of things environment the advantage of data acquisition, aproduction planning and scheduling system is designed and implemented. In the study ofproduction planning and scheduling problem, a lot of problems have been found, such asvarious production constraints, large unproductive time consumption, difficult to seek theoptimal problems of production planning and scheduling, usualness of delay in delivery, etc.With the analysis of the current job shop modeling strategy, according to the actualproduction of the steel structure characteristics choose extended Petri net math model is setup. In order to solve this kind of steel structure production scheduling model based on Petrinet, this paper adopts the traditional genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithmcombining the simulated annealing algorithm. And verify that the hybrid genetic algorithmhas more advantage compared with the traditional genetic algorithm in solving schedulingproblems.Finally, based on the analysis summary of steel structure enterprise, on the basis ofactual production demand for production planning and scheduling system of data structure,function module and interface design and implementation, and has made the briefintroduction of the technology of the development of the system.
