| With the scale of MaGang becoming larger, the supply of the company falls short of demands, and the production capability cannot meet the demands of the market. The diversification of the custom demands and the levity of the market make the company to improve the productivity and decrease the cost. The production scheduling system is also put forward higher request. So we need a simpler, more applicable, more effective and more reliable production optimization system.This paper researches on the related production scheduling models domestic and oversea. It analyses and compares some usual production scheduling methods. It also discusses several coding methods of production scheduling using genetic algorithm. On the basis of widely investigation of the operation situation of MaGang, this paper detailedly analyses the status and problems existed in MaGang, and solves the batch production-scheduling problem using genetic algorithm. Finally, it analyses, designs and implements the whole system.The production scheduling model and application researched in this paper aims at the batch production-scheduling problem prevalently existed in production scheduling, and combines it with the real production status of MaGang. The system is implemented in Delphi. |
