Via combine using of responsibility cost management and work costmanagement, design related system which is suitable for all process of company projectcost and control, and finish project completion report formwork. During the research onbudget management methods of project all processes, via application of responsibility cost management, accurately divided existing operation subject in to many centers according tocompany practical situation, guarantee the accuracy of overall budget target andreasonability of performance assessment. Account and control on the human cost of theproject via work cost control, refine this kind of cost accounting, and control it moreaffectively.
