In the P process, Taking the quality improvement of70ton trackroller localization in Titan ITM (Tianjin) Ltd as the research object and plan the action; In Dprocess, Making the improve plan and carry on experiment based on the feedback of the marketand the main problem; In C process, prove the effect after taking the specific action, compare thedata before and after the experiment to prove if there is any improvement after improvingproduct quality.
