With the reform and opening up, China ’s economy further into theworld’s environment. Among them, the Pearl River Delta region appeared ina number of advanced technology, international competitiveness ofmanufacturing enterprises. Through the introduction of overseas directinvestment and technology, combined with the positive development of thelocal manufacturing industry, the PRD has gradually developed into the "world’s manufacturing base."But for now,"Made in China " is facing unprecedented challenges. PearlRiver Delta manufacturing cluster is facing the global economic crunch,soaring energy prices, RMB appreciation, local labor and environmentalcosts have risen sharply and other pressures. Among them, the company’shuman resource management issues have become common problems ofmanufacturing companies. Company C is such a very representative of the enterprise. Our analysisthrough the literature, C company’s human resources strategy five factoranalysis, focus group interviews and Human Resources Survey data analysisand other methods to study the C ’s migrant workers high turnover rate issue.We believe, the high turnover rate of C’s migrant worker has two kinds offactors, Adjustable factors and non-adjustable factors. The adjustable factorsincludes workers mind and marriage and returning needs. The non-adjustablefactors includes low pay and excessive pressure.Finally, we have some suggestions include: people-oriented, effectiveincentives, reasonable operation, phase rotation, pragmatic culture, fullyautomated production, lean processes and business transformation.
