In this post-crisis era, the economic development in all countries ofthe world has problems in different degrees. In order to "suit the remedyto the case", the United States frequently start to apply the quantitativeeasing monetary policy, and the way more and more radical, time intervalshorter and shorter. So far, four rounds have already carried out. Thespecial status of the dollar as the world’s currency deepens the impact ofquantitative easing in the United States, a lot of liquidity throughcross-border capital flow channels have a profound impact on non-UScountries. Anxious to get rid of the weak economic weakness, such asBritain, Japan, the euro zone also began to tiptoe into quantitative easing.For a while,"quantitative easing" has become the most distinctive agetags. Nevertheless, our country as one of the main open economies, ratherhigh external dependency, is inevitably affected by it, which produceshuge side-effect on economy, society and others.Therefore, the topic selected by this article is based on Chinese actualcondition,and combines with the hottest economic and financial issues.With the help of mathematical statistics, literature survey method,measurement analysis and other methods, this article focuses on the mostrepresentative quantitative easing monetary policy in the United States toresearch the impact of cross-border capital flows in our country, not onlycontaining the individual analysis of the quantitative easing andcross-border capital flows, but also including the overall analysis ofspillover effect between each other; Not only containing the qualitative analysis of the object of study, but also including quantitative analysis ofstrength, time and so on. Through deeply analyzing the essence ofconnotation, the mechanism of action, the influence of later generations,we hope to meticulously and accurately describe a blustery, highlyinterconnected international financial landscape, and record the process ofquantitative easing, the product of this era, how to influence the wholeworld once, so as to improve and supplement related academic research. Itwill offer reference and draw lessons for how to deal with risks andrealizing the benign sustainable development by its own, when our countryfaces the complex international financial situation currently.
