Study On Industry Structure Adjustment Of Yantai With Blue Economy

With the development of Shandong peninsula blue color economic zone, the CommunistParty committee and the people’s government of Shandong province take it seriously. Facingthis significant construction opportunity, Yantai starts to step up in the development of bluecolor economic and enters the earlier period stage of project. Therefore, how to adjust theindustrial structure and how to carry out development ideas and measures in order to keep theblue economy science, sustainable development, makes the most concern of the governmentand the social.During the period of the twelfth five-year plan，the strategic economic restructure hasbeen put in a dominant position in developing our national economy．The industrial structureis the most vital and fundamental part of economic structure．The industrial restructuring andupgrading go hand in hand with the economic restructuring and enable the economy todevelop in a sustainable，stable，and sound way．Based on industry economics theory, theory of blue economy, industrial structure andoptimizing industrial structure is introduced. In the part of Empirical Analysis，Yantai statusof industrial structure and supererogation is firstly analyzed. Then，an internal analysis isconducted for the industrial structure of Yantai，focusing on the deficiencies of the industrialstructure, stages of economic development, and the third industry with in the relevant effectsof analysis. We can see that Yantai has yet to be optimized industrial structure, in Particularthe value of the tertiary industry and the proportion of employment are to be improved.Finally, analysis based on industrial policy and theoretical, and presents some suggestions toadjust industry structure, such as developing new ocean industry and ocean informationindustry, support high-end industry, tourist industry, and so on.
