Research On Evolution Of Industry Cluster Based On Network

With the process of economic globalization, industry clusters which acts as anew form of industrial organization has been established and flourished, andthe contemporary f regional economic competition model has turned tocompetition of the industry cluster. How to develop industry has become animportant research topic, especially in condition that the Chinese economicshas become one of the important parts of world economics. Therefore, it is veryimportant for Chinese government to enhance competitiveness of local industryby developing industry cluster.The research issue of this paper is developed on the realistic backgroundabove, and the evolution mechanism of cluster networks becomes the core ofthe paper. This article attempts to capture commons of all industry clusters, andexplore the general evolution mechanism from the network’s three levels ofelements, structure and environment. So there are several questions the paperattempts to solve:1.How the cluster networks turn to being?2. How thestructure of cluster networks impact on the development of industry cluster?3.Which kind of networks structure can work on?4. How should the networkagents act in constructing efficient cluster network?For the purpose of answering these questions above, the paper will develop bythe following way: first, the networks of industry cluster will be developed intothree levels of elements, structure and environment, then the study of evolutionmechanism of cluster networks will be based on these three levels, last therewill be a case analysis of Jinjiang shoes industry cluster. Summarizing thetheoretical research and case analysis of the study, the following is the mainconclusions:1. Non-equilibrium and viscous of distribution of resources caused by division,together with the scarcity of resources and social capital act as the intrinsicmotivation of formation and evolution of industry cluster networks.2. The evolution of the cluster network is a complex behavior, and a combinedresult of series of behavioral mechanisms. According to the theory of theevolution of biological systems, series of behavioral mechanisms of theindustry cluster has been summarized as: over-breeding mechanism,competitive selection mechanism, the genetic mechanism and the mutationmechanism.3. Effectiveness of the cluster network based on the good performance of thenetwork structure, reflected by the most economical way to build the networktopology and the most effective support for cluster innovation mechanism.4. In the evolution process of Industry cluster there are many risks, we canstudy the reasons of the risk forming and take corresponding measures, by doing things for prevention and control, in order to maximize the risk-averse.5. The success of industry cluster is the comprehensive result of opportunity,topographic advantages and harmony.
