Along with more intense competition and changing customers' need and want and rapid developing technology, the corporations are faced with more and more challenge. A lot of researches and practices indicated that strategic management is an ultimate approach for the corporations to gain sustaining competitive advantage in complex and turbulent environment. And along with the economy globalization and market internationalization, the corporations of China had to compete with multinational corporations all over the world. Strategic management has been becoming the core of the enterprise management.This Paper take FoShan SanShui Jianlibao FTB Packaging Ltd. (JFP) as research objects, and its framework as follows: Firstly, The paper tells the enterprise situations and the backgrounds of strategies. Secondly, the paper describes the external environment of the JFP from the macro-environment, industry environment, and competitive business environment and so on. this is laying the foundation for the adoption of a strategic approach. Thirdly, the paper describes the internal environment of the JFP from the internal organizational structure, human resource and so on; Fourthly, through the SWOT analysis, the paper picks up the successful strategies for the JFP: Competitive products, in low-cost strategy, service differentiation strategy -customer management strategy and core competence development strategies, as well as the strategic contingency plan. Finally, the paper appoints that some things need to be done in order to ensure the successful of the strategies.
