Model Improvement Of Technical Communication Under Multi Agent Pattern

Nowadays most enterprises in mainland of China are manufactures, and most high-endmanufactures purchased imported equipments as their core production devices. But mostimported equipments were developed and produced by the corporations in the advancedcountries such as US and Europe countries. The import of those equipments is relatively easyas the actual goods, but the technical communication relative to the equipments becomes hardin this cross country, cross area, cross culture and cross company business pattern. This is atechnical communication issue under the multi-agent business pattern. Now in US, thetechnical communication subject is a mature subject after150year’s development. But inChina, it’s still green. Altought many scholars and experts in this field did lots of study workin academic and realistic simulation, but the case study of the technical communication is rare,and some academic study is far away to the realistic work in the corporation.This case study analysed all around of the goods return issue happened in2012betweenthe AA, BD and CQ Corporations. The investigation work of the AA corporation started fromthe goods request from the end-user CQ Corporation. Followed two main lines:-businessconflict and technical service, finally found the immediate cause is the poor technical service.But the root causes are the heavy lost of the technical communication and much mal-transferduring information feedback under the multi-agent business pattern. Based on the investigatedresult, the team analysed the technical communication mode, pathes and some block factors inthis five layers of three corporations. And found that in the multi-agent business parttern,every sub-agent built up their own technical communication mode and pathes only considertheir own resources, cost and performance which leads to all these are not compatible, lowefficiency and low effectiveness on the whole technical communication system. And theytried to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical communication under theprevious business mode by figure. And then:1.) Integrate and optimize the technicalcommunication mode with the result-oritationed target of high effectiveness and highefficiency under the multi-agent business pattern, generate a new evolutional solution.2.) Tryto evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency in the new scenario to verify the analysisrationality with the effectiveness after new measures.3.) Conclude some basic rules orprinciples in theory for technical communication in multi-agent business pattern. Theevaluated result in the new scenario proved that the evolutional solution of the technicalcommunication mode not only solved the “goods return” issue, but also got some valuarableconclusion for the same situation in the similar enterprises. Technical communication mode in the multi-agent business pattern:1.) every sub-agent built their own technical communicationmode suitable for their own production mode with effectiveness, cost and efficiencyconsideration. The lost of the technical communication mainly due to the mode coordinationof technical communication between sub-agents, Centralized and coordinated technicalcommunication mode with integral effectiveness and efficiency consideration would improvethe effectiveness and efficiency of the technical communication greatly in same cost.2.)Direct and interactive communication system of multiple senders, multiple receivers andmultiple paths would greatly enhance technical communication performance.3).Adding someadditional technology relative knowledge and specific skill training during the technicalcommunication would greatly reduces the loss of the technical communication.The case study of the first-hand and real happened issue have got three conclusions ofthe technical communication in the multi-agent business pattern, and they would be valuablefor similar enterprises for same situation in the technical communication, since the technicalcommunication in the multi-agent business pattern is very popular and typical in today’sChina. And also, the way to study and thinking of settle the “goods return” issue in themulti-national corperation would be helpful for the arguments and conflicts relative to thetechnology between enterprises in China.
