As a important areas and the national information construction base, government information technology has been subject to government departments and society as a whole attention. The development of e-government is the demand of changes in government functions, conversion mechanism, decision-making and scientific improvement, enhancement of the council of social service, and so on. It represents not only the interests of government departments, but more of the people's interests. With the extension of communications information and technological staff relying on it increasingly, e-government has not only covered by a simple Internet chiefly or information disclosure. Unified, integrated multi-business application is becoming a new direction of development. At the same time, it also plays a key role in the true value of e-government.So far, the information project of technology and quality supervision-Gold Quality Project is being carried out in Administration of the country and some developed regions. In the early stage of construction, part of the sectors has developed a number of information applications according to their needs. However, due to a lack of overall planning, it revealed a number of drawbacks in the course of promoting the use of the system. For example, the data can not be two-way flow because some of the applications and portals fail to consider the social interface; the basic of data is not collected business-oriented; database format and corporate codes, are not compatible, and so on. These problems makes data management and collection workload is very large. Data can not be achieved update dynamically, which causes an insurmountable obstacle. It is very different between design and development.This paper focuses on problems in the application of existing e-government system by the city of Qingdao Quality Supervision Bureau. On the basis of a comparative analysis and the relevant documents and materials research, the paper brings up measures which could improve the quality supervision system of e-government in the city of Qingdao. It helps to increase the efficiency of Quality Supervision Bureau and the level of information, and to develop suitable e-government system.
