Research On The Technological Innovation Capability Of The Electric Vehicle Industry In China

Nowadays, the technology innovation has affected every field of human society. It isthe power and source of development among enterprise, industry and nation. At thebeginning of2013, the government proposed the suggestions about strengthening thetechnological innovation subject of enterprises, which encouraged the enterpriseinnovation to drive industry transformation in order to enhance the competitiveness of thewhole country. The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen also made it clear that we mustmake innovation drive development and build innovative country.Electric vehicle has been the main changing of transport and energy now. More andmore attention were paid to the research and industrialization of electric cars by variouscountries. At the end of the twentieth Century, China began to study energy vehicles.With the active participation of relevant subjects, the number of new product, newtechnology and new research is increasing. Electric vehicle has gradually become animportant part of our social economy in the process that technological change and marketpulling complete each other.Based on technological innovation theory, the article applies the electric vehicleconcept, life cycle theory and industrial alliance theory to the analysis of the industrialtechnological innovation. By collecting and collating relevant information, it analyzes theacademic research and development situation of China’s electric vehicle industry. Bycombining the enterprise technology innovation with the external environment, the articleuses25listing companies to make the analysis and summary with the method of AHPand SPSS. Finally, some countermeasures are given to improve the technologyinnovation capability of China’s electric vehicle. Enterprises need to continuouslyimprove the awareness of innovation and increase staff and fund. It also needs to improveinnovative mechanisms to promote the market as soon as possible. Government shouldcreate a favorable environment and improve all aspects of policy support, but it needs tochange the input appropriately in case of excessive dependency.
