| As knowledge-intensive industries, too much pressure on employees in ITindustry has caused more and more people’s attention. The high work stress not onlymakes us worry about their health, but also affects their job satisfaction, whichthereby affecting job performance and causing dimission. Therefore, it is importantto reduce work stress and increase job satisfaction. This study through analyzing therelationship of work stress, organization trust and job satisfaction and usingorganization trust as moderator variable to alleviate negative impacts of work stresson job satisfaction.Firstly, the paper through reviewing literatures of previous to know theirresearch progress about work stress, organization trust and job satisfaction.Secondly, the paper proposed research model and assumption of work stress,organization trust and job satisfaction, diverted target dimension and designedforecast questionnaire. On this basis, we analyzed the effect of forecastquestionnaire, revised the questionnaire and formed the formal questionnaire.Thirdly, the paper combined statistical data and SPSS20.0software to dodescriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis andmoderating effect analysis.Finally, according to the results, the paper gave some advice to reduce workstress of IT industry’s staff so that to improve their job satisfaction from three levelof enterprise trust, leadership trust and colleague trust. |
