Human resources marketization accelerating in our country,specialization, flowing speed, complexity, diversification, scientific human resourcesmanagement, market, labor costs increased, and the change of the idea about ouremployees, enterprise and employee two-way choice, enterprises stimulated demand fortemporary personnel, labor dispatch has developed rapidly, has realized the employer andthe dispatching employees win-win situation.Based on the PM company as an example, this paper studies the labor dispatchingemployee management problems in minority nationality areas.
