The main purpose of this paper is the design and optimization on low carbonsupply chain network model under demand uncertainly. The model concerns onemissions cap-and-trade, the carbon tax and carbon emissions trading right. Thedemand uncertainty refers to the changing of demand scenarios based on "normaldemand". The paper considers demand uncertainly factor and carbon emission factor,researches on supply chain network design and optimization, integrates operationalresearch, computer programming and scenario analysis theories, uses ε constraint,literature analysis and chart analysis methods.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance, analyzes theresearch status at home and abroad, the research framework and research method ofthe thesis includes the low carbon supply chain theory, supply chain network designtheory, demand uncertainty and its description and carbon emission reductionregulatory mechanism is expounded.Secondly, the paper applies the related theories, considers the emissionscap-and-trade, carbon taxes and carbon trading rights respectively, models of lowcarbon supply chain network under demand uncertainly with carbon emission limitedcondition, with carbon tax considered condition and with carbon emissions tradingright condition. The model considers all about environmental investment decision,network selection and path selection and so on, targets at minimizing the totaloperating costs and carbon emissions, builds multi-products and bi-objectives mixedinteger programming models in different scenarios, and designs an algorithm with εconstraint method based on scenario.Thirdly, general conclusions based on the regularity of the data is given byanalyzing the calculation examples, verifies the model and the algorithm.Finally, the paper combines the characteristics of supply chain network ofcement co., ltd., proposes some constructive suggestions and thoughts on the lowcarbon supply chain network.
