With the rapid development of economy, the modern market is gradually beingdynamic and instability. Trading between the enterprises is becoming more and morecomplicated, and uncertainty factors of supply chain gradually increase, so the design ofthe network has become a hot field of academia.Supply chain network design mainly refers the layout structure and abilityarrangement of the supplier network, producers, the distribution centres and transportrelated facilities on supply chain. This paper mainly introduces the supply chain networkdesign under demand uncertainty, containing the following aspects:Firstly, it analyses the domestic and foreign researches of Supply chain networkdesign, then the structures of supply chain network design, influence factors, the designprinciple, the main problems that is to solve and steps of supply chain network design arediscussed in detail, they provide theory bases for the supply chain network design underuncertainty.Secondly, the paper discussed the supply chain network design under demanduncertainty by the formers' researches, and the uncertainties and the reasons of supplychain network, then the mathematical model is set up, the supply chain network modelthat is the many products, monophyletic, many stages is structure, and each variableparameter make the detailed instructions.Again, several algorithms make a comparative study. It uses the relevant knowledgeof the genetic algorithm, the model is solved and uses the coding method based on priority,the specific coding decoding algorithm method, the initial population generation andfitness function design of genetic operator,and the cross and variation of genetic operatorare described detailedly.Finally, the article lists the case for further analysis, With the model, it makescalculation to solve example, and uses sensitivity analysis for results obtained respectivelyfrom the factories' productivities, DCs' storage capacities, suppliers' supply capacities and the unit transportation cost, then analyses the change of the minimum cost about theproduction. Then some improvement strategies are given.
