| With the rapid development of tourism, the desire of people to travel is rising.Tourism as a way for people to enjoy life has been recognized by the most people.However, more and more people focus on tourism, and participate in it in any ways.At the same time, the institution in tourism is not perfect, and governmentalsupervision is not effective. These problems cause the event of tourist defrauding,the frequent event not only casts a shadow over tourism, but also seriously damagedthe interests of tourists. More than worse, it undermines our country’s tourism imageand hinders the healthy development of China’s tourism industry. So, solve theproblem of tourist defrauding is imminent.The research on tourist defrauding home and abroad just at the primary stage.These studies just stay in the qualitative description, and the majority articles onlydescribe the phenomenon of defrauding or give some comments, or the cause analysis,the impact factors or some countermeasures and recommendations related to touristdefrauding, quantitative methods is still rare. With the help of the relevant results ofprevious studies, this article research on the formation mechanism about touristdefrauding from the perspective of tourism supply chain is both qualitative andquantitative.First of all, this paper describes and defines the related concepts and theoriesabout tourism supply chain and tourist defrauding; Then, describes the currentdevelopment of China’s tourism industry and reviews some tourist defraudingincidents in recent years,then analyzes tourist defrauding phenomenon in theperspective of tourism supply chain.After that, analyzes the forming elements and driving forces for touristdefrauding phenomenon based on the tourism supply chain; Next, research theforming elements through the method of grey relational analysis, and we obtain theimportance of various elements on the formation of this incident; Then, the formingpath of tourist defrauding phenomenon are carried out elaborative. Finally, put forward to countermeasures to solve the phenomenon of touristdefrauding based on the formation mechanism form some aspects: update thestructure of tourism supply chain, tourism market, tourists themselves and the macroenvironment. |
