Based on the theory of organization structure and organizationreform, this paper analyses the great modulation of structure of JieshengCorporation’s strategy before and after merger, which induced the changeof organization structure and then followed by the modulation of humanresources.Before the being merged,Jiesheng Co. was an independent companywhich is focus on both R&D and sale,there were the problems of toomany hierarchies,unreasonable setting of department,and uncleardivision of labor. After merging, Jiesheng become a company focusing onthe sales, which is the comparative advantage of it and followed thewhole Jingxin Co.’s strategy. Because of great modulation of JieshengCorporation’s strategy, the organizational structure of Jiesheng need to bechanged. Compared with the former organizational structure as a whole,it progressed much more than before.The modulation of Jiesheng Corporation’s organization structureresulted from modulation of Jiesheng Corporation’s strategy would lead to the modulation of company’s human resource. Based on the analysis ofchange of Jiesheng’s human resource condition, this paper discuss thechange of Jiesheng’s human resource’s setting and policy, makinganalysis of demand and supply of Jiesheng’s human resource, and givethe conclusion at last.
