Research On Modern Service Industry’s Support On Hubei Great-leap-forward Development

Based on the background of China’s vigorously developing modern serviceindustry, the thesis carries out research mainly from the following five parts tolucubrate the status of modern service industry of Hubei province and further studiesof modern service industry’s support on Hubei great-leap-forward development:(1) Based on the realistic background, this thesis puts forward the backgroundand significance of modern service industry’s support on Hubei great-leap-forwarddevelopment, and summarizes the research status of modern service industry’srelated theory at home and abroad, and gives out the research content, method andtechnical route.(2) This thesis defines the concept of modern service industry, and comparedthe differences and similarities modern service industry classification at home andabroad. Referring to the content of the "twelfth five-year" plan of Hubei province,the modern service industry is classified as4big types, the13medium types and45small types. It refines five basic characteristics of the modern service industry,namely low entry barriers, high knowledge, high technology content, high-qualitystaff, high cluster and the pyramid distribution within the industry. It defines theconcept of great-leap-forward development, and summarizes the contents and4thedeveloping paths of Hubei great-leap-forward development. Then, the thesis outlinestheories of economic development, industrial structure and regional development,and so on.(3) According to the classification of modern service industry, the thesisanalyses the industry scale from the output value of modern service industry, itsproportion of the tertiary industry, its proportion of total output value of Hubeimodern service industry, and number of employees of modern service industry. Andthen the thesis analyses the industry structure from employment populationdistribution of modern service industry, fixed asset investment proportion of modernservices of investment. Finally, industrial spatial layout is analyzed from theproducer service industry, consumer service industry, and emerging service industry. Based on the results of the analysis, the main problems of the development ofmodern service industry are summarized.(4) The thesis builds the econometrics model based on time series, and carry onthe empirical analysis of modern service industry’s support status and developmentefficiency. Whereby, the first empirical result shows that modern service industryhas obvious role in promoting Hubei great-leap-forward development, and thecontributions of different industries exist certain differences. The second empiricalresult shows the other three variables, namely the asset investment rate, businessoperating environment, economic openness, except labor force input rate, promotethe development of modern service industry and its efficiency of optimization. Basedon this, it constructs dynamic structure programming system of modern serviceindustry’s support on Hubei great-leap-forward development. The thesis putsforward eight innovative modern service industry development countermeasures,including modern tourism industry cluster, real estate industry cluster, financialindustry cluster, software and technology service industry cluster, conference andbusiness service industry cluster, modern logistics industry cluster, modern tradecluster and culture creative industry cluster,(5)Finally, it gives out the conclusion and puts forward the prospect.
