| With the development of economic globalization, regional economy hasdeveloped rapidly over the global, regionalization has become one of the maincharacteristic of modern economy, and powerfully drives the economy coordinateddevelopment, how to rapidly develop regional economy become the focus of attentionfrom the public. Innovation as the booster of economic development, makes theinformation, funds, talents and other resources to gradually gather in areas where thescience and technology capability is very strong, regional innovation ability directlyinfluence the development of regional economy, the construction of regionalinnovation system become foreign states and regions to realize its strategic target ofthe main choice. Regional innovation system theory appears in the90s, basing on thenational innovation system theory and method, combining with the regional economictheory and innovation theory, it’s an emerging theory which is used to study aparticular regional innovation problem in domestic. A regional innovation system iswhere or not perfect, can directly related to the region economy sustained, rapid andhealthy development, and the system is where or not perfect needs a set ofcomprehensive index system to measure.Hubei as the political, economic and cultural center, has undertaken the burdenof rise of central China, has obvious advantages of geographical location and resource.At the same time, the Hubei provincial government attaches great importance to theimportant role of science and technology innovation in the economic construction,and has taken the scientific and technological innovation as a strategic priority, andhas obtained certain efficiency. Compared with Beijing, Shanghai and other places,there is still a large gap. How to according to the characteristics of Hubei improve theregional innovation system becomes a problem to be solved at present.This study is based on the research result of relevant regional innovation systemtheory at home and abroad, and comparative analysis in-depth the constructionsituation of regional innovation system in Hubei province, at the same time, the thesiscollects the existing authority relevant data, set up evaluation index, builds the indexsystem, makes an empirical analysis about the present situation of regional innovation system construction in Hubei province,and then according to the analysis result, thisthesis put forward countermeasures and suggestions for future construction.Full text is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, whichintroduces the research purpose and meaning, domestic and foreign research review,research content and method, the innovation of the thesis. The second chapterdiscusses the related theory of regional innovation system, including the definition ofregional innovation system, the composing of the system, function and runningmechanism. The third chapter on the basis of collecting a large number of literatureand data, analysis the present situation of regional innovation system construction inHubei province. This study analyze in four aspects including the body, input, outputand environment of regional innovation system. The fourth chapter evaluates theregional innovation system construction of Hubei province, including constructingevaluation index system and evaluation methods, and combined with the collecteddata, the empirical analysis. The fifth chapter gives some suggestions of Hubeiregional innovation system, including the issue of regional innovation systemcurrently exists in Hubei and targeted recommendations. The sixth chapter issummary and outlook, the thesis finally summaries the main conclusion, and putsforward the future research direction. |
