The Development Of Chinese Quto Parts Industry Cluster Pattern Research

According to statistics, China’s production of cars in2013is22.1168million,year-on-year growth rate is14.8%, far higher than that of the world’s second-largest(11.0459million) production in the United States, automobile production and salesfor five consecutive years ranked first in the world. There are six major automobileindustrial cluster in our country, which located in the northeast, Bohai sea, Yangtzeriver delta, the pearl river delta, central, southwest, the automobile industry clusterdevelopment is rapid, its basic reason is that the vehicle driving a huge linkage effect.But some other areas in China, such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang in remote area, Hebei,Shanxi and Shaanxi and other regions of the vehicle development is bad, parts andcomponents industry development under the influence of certain. How to maximizethe development of the auto parts industry cluster, solve a series of problems existingin the parts industry cluster, such as land problems, environmental problems, researchand development, and fixtures. In order to be a comprehensive and healthydevelopment of auto parts industry cluster, solve technical problems, improve thecompetitiveness of the auto parts industry cluster, the auto parts industry clustershould be based on the characteristics of its own, shift in the direction of new-styleenvironmental protection.This paper proposed a new model of car parts industry cluster development, it isbased on the related theory in automobile industry cluster, using methods such asquestionnaire and GEM model, adopts the method of qualitative and quantitativecombined, at last, by the empirical investigation of YuHuan county. First of all, inthis paper, the industrial cluster theory and the theory of automobile industrial clusterat home and abroad to do the research, and carries on the detailed instructions, this isthe theoretical basis of this article. Secondly, this paper defines the research scope ofauto parts, car at home and abroad was introduced in detail and the present situationof the development of industry cluster, based on the research of the development ofChina’s auto parts industry cluster and found some problems which restrict thedevelopment of the auto parts industry cluster in our country. Again, this paper introduces the related knowledge of GEM model, and through the questionnaire,using the GEM model to China’s auto parts industry cluster competitiveness areanalyzed, and finally summed up the auto parts industry cluster has advantages anddisadvantages. Then, is proposed in this paper on the basis of the above problems, anew model of car parts industry cluster development:"The agglomeration andclustering development-intensive-green."This is the main part of the paper. Gathersupporting functions, intensive land development, cluster service facilities, greenenvironmental protection, and analyzes in detail the concept of the specificcircumstances. Finally through empirical study of Zhejiang YuHuan auto partsindustry cluster, introduces the current development situation, analyses its advantagesand risks, emphatically put forward "the agglomeration and clustering development-intensive--green" model of development.
