The competitive of marketed will be more intense in the future, auto and auto spare parts market competition model will dramatically change. Since 2003, the scale and running quality of Liuzhou City auto spare parts industry continuously improve, the economic contribution is also rising, Liuzhou has become an important production base for automobile and auto spare parts in Southwest of China. But compare with the developed countries and the domestic car production area, the competitiveness of Liuzhou automotive spare parts industry is obviously insufficient. Therefore, it has great practical significance to study the competitiveness of Liuzhou automotive spare parts industry cluster, make objective assessment, identify the key factors which affect the development of competitiveness, put forward measures and recommendations to improve industrial competitiveness.This paper base on the analysis of the factors and source which affect the competitiveness of the industrial cluster. First, use SWOT analysis model to analyze strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of Liuzhou City auto spare parts industry cluster. Secondly, use the AHP and fuzzy to construct a set of competitiveness evaluation index system of Liuzhou auto spare parts industry cluster's competitiveness and give objective evaluation. Finally, according to the features of Liuzhou auto parts industry cluster and the analysis of previous research, this paper provide some recommendations to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters. |
