Research On The Coordination Mechanism And Optimization Strategies Of EVERLIGHT Electronics’ Supply Chain

Since the1990s, along with the change of enterprise management mode, theconcept of supply chain management emerge as the times require. Supply chain iscomposed of many parts, including a lot of independent interest entities.Although, between supply chain members together, but their goals, personalinformation is not the same, this will cause the distribution of interests among themembers of the uneven, some members even against the moral risk to get moreprofit. A taste for the interests of the state of mind will lead to imbalance decline,the production efficiency of enterprise production and sales. Supply chainmanagement is to use the reasonable coordination incentive mechanism, solve theproblem of enterprise management under asymmetric information, to improve theoverall performance of the supply chain.Companies in various industry chain length varies, LED industry chain islong, its industry chain has five parts:(1) the raw materials;(2) epitaxialmaterials and chip manufacturing constituted;(3) LED midstream industry,various LED components and closures constituted;(4) contains various LEDapplications LED downstream industries;(5) testing instruments and productionequipment. Technical characteristics and differences in the characteristics ofenterprise capital in all walks of life, from upstream to midstream anddownstream, the industry enters a doorsill gradually reduced, because of thisleads to the competition in the industry compared with other industries morecompetitive. EVERLIGHT LED industry as a leader, will face increasinglysevere test.Firstly, this dissertation defines supply chain, supply chain management andsupply chain coordination mechanism and other professional vocabulary, through the interpretation of the term allows us to understand the theory of supply chaincoordination mechanism, and according to the problems appeared in China in thestudy of coordination mechanism in supply chain, further understand the functionand role of coordination mechanism of supply chain, let the enterprise can reallyhelp in the implementation of supply chain coordination mechanism. On thisbasis, the dissertation introduces the general situation of the company,EVERLIGHT electronics company supply chain structure, discusses the existingproblems of supply chain operation EVERLIGHT electronics supply chain andanalysis. And has carried on the system analysis from the external environmentand internal structure of the supply chain and the internal and externalcoordination of the three aspects of EVERLIGHT electronics supply chainstructure, and summarizes the needed adjustment and improvement. Finally,according to the relevant theories of supply chain coordination mechanism,discusses the design goal and the guiding principles of coordination mechanismof the supply chain, supply chain coordination mechanism construction contentsand means, eventually established the coordination mechanism, the relationshipbetween information and operation.
