Wuhu has a profile company which was founded in the 1990 s.The company's main business is selling chemical profiles.To rapid development and control of operating costs,company selected the wholesale price contract.With the change of the global business environment and the intensification of competition in the industry,the wholesale price contract has begun to restrict its development and its drawbacks are becoming more and more obvious,mainly include:(1)The wholesale price contract can not coordinate supply chain.(2)The wholesale price contract can't constraint for customer strategy behavior and response to customers' individual needs in time.(3)The wholesale price contract can not coordinate the relationship between the companies and retailers.(4)The wholesale price contract can not be applied to the situation when the retailer has risk preference.In view of these drawbacks,this paper uses the theory of supply chain coordination to carry on the theoretical analysis of the company's supply chain,and puts forward the practical optimization scheme.This paper content mainly includes the following several parts.The first part is the basic theory of the supply chain coordination and optimization needs,such as the supply chain coordination theory,the customer strategy behavior and the risk measurement theory.By studying the present situation and application of relevant theories,this is the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Secondly,through analyzing the modeling of company wholesale price contract,the paper demonstrateds the contract unable to supply chain coordination and summarys the disadvantages of the wholesale price contract according to the practical research experience in company.This paper studies the customer strategy behavior influence on wholesale price contract,combined with the actual data to validate the above conclusions and gives optimization direction.Then,in accordance with the optimization direction puting forward the buyback contract,we research the buyback contracts on supply chain coordination performance under the customer strategy behavior.Based on the actual data,the paper compares the performance of two kinds of contracts under the customer strategy behavior,and verifies whether the drawbacks caused by the wholesale price contract are effectively solved.Finally,in order to make results more close to reality and let the buyback contract maximize utility,the arrticle studys the performance of buyback contracts which under the double factors influence of customer strategy behavior and the retailers' risk preference,and research the performance of buyback contracts on supply chain coordination under this situation.According to the actual data the paper validate the conclusions.The paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical verification.According to the present situation of the company,the existing supply chain contracts are analyzed and the disadvantages are pointed out.And then the paper gives a feasible optimization scheme.Researching results indicate that the buyback contract indeed superior to the current wholesale price contract,not only can compensate for the defects caused by the wholesale price contract,promote the operation performances of the whole supply chain,can also coordinate company and the relationship between the local retailers.All of these have important practical significance to the company's long-term development.
