Corporate Social Responsibility in the long time after the formation of the theory, thenumber of scholars from whether the company should demonstrate social responsibilityCSR gradually shifts their exploratory research. Although rich in theoretical research,develop rapidly, but the behavior of corporate social responsibility inefficient status quohas not been significantly improved, the lack of corporate social responsibility initiative,external supervision and restraint only as a stopgap measure. Prof. management guruMichael Porter pointed out by means of enterprise management theory in reality inefficientbehavior of corporate social responsibility reasons: First, they look at business and societyin opposition, both of which in fact are interdependent; Second, they just generalitiescharity, never to be combined with the company’s own strategic needs. How to effectivelyperform and promote corporate social responsibility is the most important issue currentlyfacing Corporate Social Responsibility.Promote corporate social responsibility is a dynamic process, every business orindustry to fulfill the existing state of corporate social responsibility are balancedstakeholder group after each game. Through the development of corporate socialresponsibility process, combing theory study abroad, combined with our current specialsituation, and ultimately determines the basic themes and research ideas. Social contracttheory, stakeholder theory, corporate social responsibility is defined as the main propulsionbusiness, government and society. Corporate social responsibility is the game business andsociety (mainly stakeholder group) between. The current study dynamics of corporatesocial responsibility focused on two aspects: internal enterprises as the mainstay of thegovernment or social advancement and external to the main propulsion, from the results,they have had a significant impact, but combined with China’s actual conditions, theirdisadvantages are also obvious. In this paper, by constructing a tripartite game model toillustrate only voluntarily assumed responsibility in business, in the case of governmentand society to actively promote in order to achieve economic goals, social goals andenvironmental protection objectives, thus achieving the overall effectiveness of socialpromotion, namely to achieve management collaborative synergies theory emphasized.Introduced in promoting corporate social responsibility in the management ofcollaborative theory, will promote corporate social responsibility as a organic systems, incollaboration to promote tripartite body, through the " shared interests, sharedresponsibility " mechanism, synergy, the system ordered run, breaking fulfill social responsibility to the original balanced promote a better balance to promote corporate socialresponsibility (economic responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility)optimization (stakeholder balance) to achieve economic, social and ecological benefits ofdynamic equilibrium development.The innovation of this paper is that the study of corporate social responsibility topromote synergy and did not stay in a simple model built on the idea of promoting the useof collaborative, systems theory, this paper CSR collaborative mechanisms to promote theoperation mechanism of a detailed elaboration. This article will be divided into threespecific coordination mechanisms for promoting the operating mechanism: the formationmechanism of coordination, coordination mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms toachieve these three mechanisms for mutual restraint, balanced complementaryindispensable.Finally, the State Grid Corporation of China as an example, the model established byempirical research, based on empirical results, we propose measures to promote corporatesocial responsibility mechanisms for collaborative implementation process that should betaken.
