The Performance Management System Research For Electrical Inspection Enterprise

From a certain degree, theaudit of the quality of the work involved is directly affects and decides the normaloperation of the electricity market and the security of electric power.Therefore, thestudy for the establishment of a scientific audit of electricity to transform enterpriseperformance management system audit staff concepts to improve the qualityinspectors, thereby enhancing the quality of audit work and audit service has greatsignificance.This paper focuses on power supply audit enterprise performance managementsystem research, first of all, literature analysis method was applied to relevant theoryof the performance management and the electric power enterprise performancemanagement, including the basic concept of performance management andperformance management of the common tools. Second, on the basis of analyzing thepresent situation and problems of power supply audit enterprise performancemanagement, pointed out the problems existing in the power supply audit enterpriseperformance management; Then on how to improve the power supply audit enterpriseperformance management system put forward a few ideas: first, to establish powersupply audit enterprise performance management system; Second, using the theory ofthe BSC points dimension evaluation to design power supply audit enterprise’s keyperformance indicators and on the basis of the key indicators to make use of systemdynamics software causal interaction between research and establish the index systemsuitable for the audit of power supply enterprises.Third, from the performance plans,performance implementation, performance evaluation and performance improvementfor the four directions on the power supply system to improve the audit of enterpriseaudit management process. Finally, based on a summary and reflection of research toimprove the power supply audit enterprise performance management system,pointsout the performance management’s priorities and prospect in the future.
