Economic globalization has stimulated the development of telecommunicationdevelopment, the world telecom industry is in the era of high-tech revolution, theincreasingly fierce competition in the market has put forward higher requirements tothe communications providers, only the right deal with various problems in theprocess of operation, in order to ensure the enterprise to occupy a certain share in themarket. Influence of supplier to the business is huge, choose the right suppliers, buildthe operator the effective mechanism of management can make enterprise supplierscontinuously toward standardization and regularization, allow enterprises in theforefront in the supply chain management, supplier will directly affect the quality ofservice delivery price of a series of follow-up work very seriously, since the formationof supplier management work continued to explore in supplier management, theestablishment of an effective supplier management system and operation controlprogram supplier pipe continuously toward standardization. At present our countryenterprise supplier relationship management of increasingly high degree of attention,many enterprises especially in the field of information technology within theenterprise, have realized the optimization of supply chain management on itsimportant role, but in view of the supplier management level effectively and thecurrent our country enterprise development trend, management of ChinaCommunication Industry suppliers the still exist great defects. Changes in customerdemand lead to the overall adjustment operators development strategy, massconcentration led to the procurement, development of which is bound to affect thecommunications equipment industry. Communications equipment industry only facethe market changes, and to take effective measures to adapt to the supply chainoptimization operator needs, meet customer demand. This paper chooses GuangdongMobile as an example, analysis of the current situation of supplier management inChina’s telecommunications industry, and the existing problems, analyzes the causesof the problems, and summarizes the circumvention risk, optimize the managementmeasures.This paper unifies the domestic and foreign study on supplier managementbackground and significance of this study, the background for the necessity andurgency to optimize management on suppliers, and summarizes the deficiency of ourcountry in this aspect research institute of. Second, the status of Guangdong Mobile supplier management problems existing on the orientation relationships with suppliers,supplier evaluation, supplier relationship management, classification management andsupplier closed-loop control of these five aspects, and find out the defects existing inthe aspects of China Mobile. Positioning not allowed Guangdong Mobile suppliermanagement problems leading to its face some difficulties in supplier management,analyzed the causes of problems can help us to find a solution to the problem.Supplier relationship management and supplier closed-loop control is the focus of thissection study, supplier selection mode, different management, information systemsupport, multi dimension evaluation is analyzed in the thesis measures. Finally, fromthe innovation of management concept, improve the quality of personnel, andstrengthen the implementation of force, strengthen performance management, itsummarizes four aspects of Guangdong Mobile supplier management optimizationmeasures program, hope the recommendations of Guangdong Mobile suppliermanagement to provide certain reference.
