With the economic globalization and the continuous expansion of the international construction market,more and more Chinese construction companies have joined the fierce international competition.As one of the most active subjects in the construction market,if Chinese construction companies want to achieve long-term and stable development overseas,they must constantly improve the quality of grass-roots staff,so as to enhance the international competitiveness of companies.The current salary system of C company can not meet the multilevel needs of staff,resulting in the reduction of work enthusiasm,which limits the overseas development of company C to a certain extent.This thesis investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of the incentive state of C company’s expatriate grass-roots staff by means of interview and questionnaire.The comprehensive analysis shows that the factors that the expatriate grass-roots staff of C company are most dissatisfied with the incentive mechanism are salary,career development and staff corporate culture construction.In view of the imperfect salary system,staff growth incentive mechanism and employee corporate culture construction in the incentive of expatriate grass-roots employees of C company,combined with relevant theories,this thesis puts forward economic salary incentive and non-economic salary incentive measures.Through these incentive measures,the company can improve the work motivation of their staff,promote the career development of staff,and promote the international competitiveness of companies in overseas development.Through the measures above,I hope to give C company feasible suggestions that establishing a more perfect expatriate staff management system,building an international construction team that can better adapt to overseas work and life,and encouraging expatriate staff to play better for themselves,and create greater value for the company.At the same time,taking this opportunity,I hope to provide some reference for the peer companies when they encounter similar problems overseas. |
