Haitong Securities as one of China’s oldest securities company, won thelong-term development in asset management, investment advisory, securities research,investment funds, securities underwriting sponsor of economic, business, to becomethe domestic leader in the industry, since the1999Shenzhen Haitong Securities wasestablished, uneven company serving the stockbroker comprehensive quality, thecompany and the lack of manager competency evaluation system is related, in thiscontext, the Shenzhen Haitong Securities Broker competency evaluation study.This paper attempts to start from the theory of competence and evaluation system,taking Shenzhen Haitong Securities broker service as the research object, becauseShenzhen Haitong Securities Company has long been no systematic managercompetency evaluation system, resulting in little literature or company information isdirectly related to securities broker company competence of materials therefore, thisthesis focuses on the construction of Shenzhen Haitong Securities in accordance witheconomic competency evaluation system, and evaluation of service broker samplingcompetence. This article is divided into five parts: the first discusses the researchbackground and significance of topics, the research purpose and research contents, theresearch framework and research methods are described in detail; the second chapterdescribes the related concepts, domestic and foreign research present situation anddevelopment of competency theory, the quality and competency evaluation researchmethods; third chapter in the history of Shenzhen Haitong Securities Company wasintroduced, starting with the influence factors of competence, research and selectionof the competency assessment system, combined with the analysis of thequestionnaire survey and sample data, in conjunction with the relevant measurementsoftware for data reliability, validity and factor analysis and data processing, thispaper securities brokers competence is divided into three levels, and each level ofdetailed analysis, according to the index system subdivision has obtained a series of competence quality factor, make it more rigorous proof, using factor analysis methodto determine the evaluation index, finally construct the competency assessment modelof Shenzhen Haitong Securities broker.
