The increasing demand for property management services industry,while the service level required are getting higher and higher. Routine publicservices, such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and conservation cannotmeet the personalized needs of the owners. Providing extension services notonly meets the client demand, but also benefits the JiaHe company for therealization of economic and social value.The paper aims to explore how the JiaHe property managementcompany to effectively carry out property extension services, which not onlyhas a direct practical guidance value for company itself, but also providereference for other property management companies. Based on analyzing theliterature and reading relevant practice cases of property extension services,142owners resident in Mu Lin Mei Jun residential serviced by JiaHe areaccessed to answer questionnaire about property extension services. Byanalyzing data through SPSS, some conclusions are got:(1) The ownersshow a strong demand for22property extension services;(2) Through factoranalysis,22extension services are summarized as six categories;(3) Bytwo-stage clustering,142cases are divided into three segments;(4) On thesebasis, the4P target marketing strategy are discussed in detail. |
