The Research On The Development Strategy Of Urban Rail Vehicle Base In CSR

With the rapid development of economic and new urbanization process in China, the urban rail transportation system develop very fast in recent years, leaving a huge space for the development of the urban railway transportation equipment industry. In the condition of expansion of much of the company in the equipment industry, there are many urban rail vehicle basements in lots of cities that already have or will have the urban rail transportation system. And we can forecast there will be more basements in the future. However, the current capacity of new vehicles is much bigger than the market capacity, so most of the basement is in a condition of loss. The development and survival of this kind of basement has become an urgent problem for investors and management. So after the huge investment, how to choose and adjust the development strategy for urban rail basement is practical significance. The author started to research for the thesis under this circumstances.The paper starts with the analysis of the basic situation and development of urban rail vehicle building and repairing basement in CSR. Based on the analysis, the paper presented a general idea for optimizing the development of the basement in the future. The paper applied this general idea in different basement in different economic and social environment.The main conclusions of the article are:Urban rail vehicle building and repairing basement in CSR are facing overcapacity, technology platforms translation risk development difficulties. In order to optimize the effect of investment in urban rail vehicle building and repairing basement, we can control investment intensity and progress appropriately according to the regional economic development, we can take fully use of resources of the headquarters, we can combine related industries in the basement regional. Urban rail vehicle building and repairing basement in economically developed regions can adopt innovative models and maintenance developed related industries to achieve a combination of "self-blooding". While the underdeveloped regions of urban rail vehicle building and repairing basement can make the repair and maintenance of vehicles insured as an important support, through the introduction of BT+O or BOT model, conducting with headquarters consolidation or merger with appropriate industry, and enhance the ability to survival and development in the basement.
