In recent years, the online retail market is growing rapidly, but the distribution cost is too high while the services are poor, which have not been effectively addressed. F2C follows the trend of online retail market and has great potential for development. Building F2C-based distribution network can effectively solve the problem of high distribution costs and poor service, which has important theoretical and practical value. On the basis of analyzing the relevant literature, this dissertation uses a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to design a distribution network based on F2C and then calculates its cost and makes it optimized. The primary work is as follows:At first, this dissertation introduces the F2C e-commerce platform and parties involved in F2C e-commerce, explains F2C e-commerce shopping process, constructs a distribution network based on F2C, analyzes logistics nodes and logistics network lines of the distribution, and explains the role of the distribution center.Secondly, this dissertation summarizes transport routes of logistics distribution network, analyzes cost components of the network, proposes a variety of cost accounting methods, and establishes a logistics distribution network cost model. At last, it constructs two evaluation criteria of scheduling convenience and service reliability to analyze influence factors of self-vehicles, chartered vehicles, anchored vehicles and car hired temporary and then explains these four vehicles’cost structure and calculation methods. Then this dissertation designs the optimization model of distribution network cost and discusses solving method for the model. At last, exemplifies the validity of the logistics distribution network cost optimization model.
